Services are performed based on site conditions, access, and safety considerations. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or beyond the scope of agreed work.

Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer and, when applicable, on-site evaluation. Final pricing may change if:

The scope of work changes
Additional labor, materials, or time are required
Hidden or unforeseen conditions are discovered

Any pricing adjustments will be communicated and approved before continuing work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance. We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service fee.

Certain services, including window cleaning and exterior work, are weather-dependent. If conditions prevent safe or effective service, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

Customer Responsibilities

Our customers agree to:

Provide safe and clear access to work areas
Secure pets, vehicles, and personal property
Disclose known issues such as fragile surfaces, water damage, loose fixtures, or prior repairs

MasterShine is not responsible for delays, limitations, or incomplete work caused by restricted access or undisclosed conditions.

Property Condition and Liability

We perform all services with care and professionalism. MasterShine Window Cleaning & Handyman is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or deterioration
Damage resulting from aging materials, improper installation, or structural defects
Issues related to hard water etching, oxidation, paint failure, or prior construction work

Any concerns regarding service-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of completion. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts.

Warranties

No warranties are expressed or implied beyond workmanship provided on the day of service. Services involving customer-supplied materials or surfaces outside our control are not warranted.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within Colorado.
